All the BreyerFest Reveals Are Out!

With the announcement of the Crystal today - this year on the standing American Saddlebred mold - that should conclude the primary BreyerFest reveals and we can start thinking ticket strategy!
On the Limited Editions, unlike the Special Runs, the numbers are down this year with an overall smaller total of 900 items. Not taking in to account Blue Zeus who ended up technically being unlimited because they opened backorders for him so everyone who wanted one could get one. This is mostly driven by the Limited Edition portrait models - this year they are all 2000 pieces each but last year they were 2000, 2100, and 2500. It did seem they had plenty leftover last year, especially Gascon who was the 2500 piece count, so perhaps it was a little bit over an overshot. The classic is also down 250 pieces. Prices on the LEs are pretty much all the same with the exception of the classic (but he includes an accessory) and the Cleveland Bay (but that mold is quite large and more plastic).
Personally my primary problem is going to be the online store! For the past several BreyerFests I haven't been particularly interested in the online exclusives - which was good because every year by the time I logged in they were sold out! I was slightly sad to miss out on Buggy but other than that, no biggie. No Buggy no biggie LOL. Anyway THIS year is a different story - I am super excited for both the bay pinto Bristol and the stablemate Georgio. I conga both so I will likely also need the variations if/when they do them. I'm going to have to set several alarms for myself so wherever I am (usually at the show) I will remember to go straight in.
Overall I'm very happy with the balance of specials this year. There is a good mix of must have and don't need which should make it a relatively relaxed year. I say that now... waiting to hear what the prize models and raffle models are is also always a little stressful - I always hope I don't love them toooo much but they are pretty reliably awesome.
Surprise model speculation will be fun too - will they go with a vintage favorite or a new sculpture. I'm not sure which way I'm leaning! I wouldn't be surprised to see something like Troubadour (Breyer seems to love that mold) but how cool would it be if they went with something like the Semi-Rearing Mustang or Fighting Stallion? Sure, they've already made them in a bazillion colors but I'm a little biased as a vintage fan.
I will probably try to get a VIP ticket, but more on that thought process tomorrow!
