Happy Easter Monday!
The stock market is not doing too great today, but what about those model horses?

I absolutely love these old Sears boxes with the Breyer line art - you don't see them that often and I think they're just so cute. The PAS with his little fly mask and blanket. The Hobo and Polo Pony set is an interesting one too - they don't really "go" together other than being two galloping models on bases. I guess someone thought, hey, let's make them a set! Love the box for them too. Neither set went particularly high - I wish I had more space to keep boxes!

This gorgeous holographic Uffington sold yesterday for $1250. I've been wondering where he is valued at these days - at the peak he was selling for nearly $2000 but they've also been as low as $800-$900 so it's interesting to see he's back up in this range. He really is super cool and probably my favorite of all the cool BF SR variations in 2021.

This live show benefit Fury Prancer from 2016 sold for a best offer of $850

The models from this series are always interesting because they are quite limited at 45-50 made, but most of them are not on the most popular of molds. So while I would usually expect them to go higher, it is not entirely surprising. Weston, the bay appaloosa Adios from 2019 is probably the main exception. Even Vulcan, the gorgeous glossy Running Stallion, I would expect to be pricey but from what I've seen he also hovers around $850.

Glossy Marc of Charm is coming off the highs where he was hovering around $800 right after the event - this one sold for $500 this week and another one did not sell at $600 and was relisted.
Not much movement yet on new RR prices - they are holding steady on Amazon with only a slight increase on a couple of 2025 releases. Next week is May 1 and it will be interesting to see if we start seeing price increases immediately or only later once new shipments start coming in.
This week's Buy of the Week is Battlefield Angel. This is the lowest I have seen him so far, at $38.30 or roughly 23% off. I have always been a big fan of Lynn Fraley's work and I really love this sculpture. I was so hoping for a glossy one in last year's CCA! Last year's CCA event was May 8th - I'm wondering if and when they will do one this year, with all the Tariff uncertainty are they going to want to clear their warehouse right now? Then again it is probably a good way to get some cashflow. If they do it, I wouldn't be surprised to see the amount that needs to be purchased go up to $200 from $150.
